Provide quality exercise instruction in a friendly environment. To reach our community directly by providing health and wellness programs accessible to everyone. 

Mixed Level Yoga

A class appropriate for all levels. Incorporates both basic postures and more advanced options. Focusing on holding poses for a certain amount of time to ensure proper alignment with breathing techniques. Aiming  towards build strength and stamina in the body and the mind. Beginners welcome! 

Vinyasa Yoga (75 minutes)

This class focuses on Vinyasa yoga which is a flowing, dynamic practice that cultivates presence by connecting poses with breath. Most classes incorporate sun salutations, standing postures, preparation for arm balances, deep stretching, and pranayama (breathwork). This style practice will build strength, balance and weight loss, while reducing stress and gaining vitality.  Some yoga experience is suggested. 

Hatha Yoga (90 minutes)

All levels welcome, great for new students.  We move slowly holding poses for several breaths, focusing on alignment and what’s happening in our own body.  Deep stretching and strengthening.  You will leave feeling refreshed, restored and renewed.

Mixed Level Mat Pilates

Pilates is a body conditioning routine geared towards building flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance. Each exercise may be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises. Beginners welcome!
