Yoga: A hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation.
Starting off as a client, Steve has been with HDF for several years, working with all ages and fitness levels.
Classes are held Tuesday/Thursdays at 12:05 pm. Ask about restorative yoga days!

PILATES

Pilates: A system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.
With over a decade of experience, Raeanne's Pilates class is perfect for any newcomer or experienced individual.
This 45 minute class is held on Tuesdays/Thursdays at 6:35 pm & select Saturdays at 9 am. (Refer to our monthly calendar)
