We offer 30 minute, 45 minute, or 60 minute sessions. Each of these can be done 1-5 times per week depending on your budget and preference. All of our personal training sessions are billed monthly on autopay. You can sign up for 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
When you're ready to begin training, contact our office. You can do this by filling out the form on the "Get Started" page or by calling our office at (760) 377 - 7417. We will set you up with a consultation to pair you with one of our trainers and select a package that works best for you. From there, our trainer will reach out to set up your first session.
Sessions begin at $22 per session. The length of session, length of commitment, and number of sessions per week all go into your training package. Contact us today to set up a consultation and find out what works best for your budget.
