PILATES
Pilates: A system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.

With over a decade of experience, Raeanne's Pilates class is perfect for any newcomer or experienced individual.

This 60 minute class is held on Tuesdays/Thursdays at 5:45 pm & select Saturdays at 9 am. (Refer to our monthly calendar)
