Small Group Classes 

Our small group fitness training is just that--small! We cap our classes to make sure they remain safe, effective, and high quality. Each of our fitness classes is taught by certified, experienced personal trainers and yoga and Pilates instructors.

Series Prices and Descriptions

Women’s Strength Training - Jan 12th-Feb 18th, Tuesday and Thursday, 5:15-6am, $197

    Learn the basics of weightlifting/strength training and put the lies of “lifting makes women bulky” to rest! We will focus on correct form and proper progressions to gain strength and confidence with your fellow lady lifters!

Sunset Flow & Focus - Feb 22nd-March 31st, Monday and Wednesday, 5-6pm, $147

    A yoga series suitable for those who are looking to deepen their yoga practice. Each class will begin with journaling exercises followed by a guided meditation. From there, we will move on to a vinyasa style flow that connects with the meditative exercise for that day. Students will deepen their knowledge of yoga philosophy and principles while expanding their repertoire of poses and postures. Students will improve physical strength and flexibility while focusing the mind and unwinding from the stresses of everyday life. 

A.M. Bootcamp Series - April 6th-May 13th, Tuesday and Thursday, 5-6am, $197

    Bootcamp is circuit style training with a combination of HIIT style workouts and strength training. We address full body fitness and focus on

building muscle and keeping your heart rate elevated for about 45 minutes of hard work in between a warmup and stretch. The goal is to challenge you, but still have a class that is accessible to all levels of fitness through changes in weights, progressions, and regressions of the exercises.

Beginner Yoga Series - May 7th-28th OR Sept. 3rd-24th, Fridays, 5-6pm, $64

    Free your mind, body and spirit, strengthen your back and core muscles, and learn the basics to develop your yoga practice. We have all the props required for you to attend this series.

Kid’s Summer Fitness Camp - June 7th-30th OR July 5th-28th, Monday and Wednesday, 2-3pm, $74

    Two classes available for age groups 5-8 and 9+. Kids will learn the fundamentals of working out with fun games, obstacle courses, and body weight exercises.
