Hi everyone, it’s nice to meet you!
I was born and raised in Ridgecrest, California. I was a high school wrestler, so I know a few things about hard work, discipline, and perseverance. I wrestled three out of my four years, freshman, junior, and senior. After my freshman year, I gained 50 pounds and I went from 10% body fat to 29%. After that, I decided that I had enough of and I made a change in my lifestyle. I went from a weight class of 182 to a weight class of 145. It took six months and it was difficult, but I learned a lot and I never felt better. When I was 18, I knew I wanted to be a personal trainer so I could help people feel exactly how I did after I lost the weight.
After getting out of high school, I decided to challenge myself and take my physique to the max. I competed in a men’s physique competition, and it was the most I ever challenged myself. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but it was so worth it in the end. I am always looking for motivated clients who want to challenge themselves and achieve their goals.
