Mon & Wed 6:15- 7:15 pm Intermediate/ Advanced Mat Pilates
Sat. 9:30 am Mixed Level Pilates
Yoga: Instructor Angela Cooper
Sat. 10-11 am Mixed Level Yoga
Yoga: Instructor Jenelle Frey
Mon-Thurs. 10-11am Mixed level Yoga (will rotate between Flow and Gentle)
Tues. and Thurs. 5:30-6:45pm Mixed level Yoga (will rotate between Flow and Gentle)
Beginners Yoga 4 week series will begin on Tues. Nov.5, 7-8 pm
Will focus on poses, breathing techniques, and benefits
Pre-Registration required $39 for series
Private Pilates and Yoga Sessions are Available Upon Request
